On August 29, 2005, the party committee of Fujian Shipbuilding Industry Group Co. issued the file of NO. 27 and 28, noticing the relevant appoint and remove, as follows:

I.According to CCP Fujian Provincial Committee “Notice for appoint and remove of Mr. Zhao Hu, etc.” (Min Wei Gan [2005]436), after discussion CCP Fujian Provincial Committee decide:
  Mr. Zhao Hu was appointed as CCP Fujian Shipbuilding Industry Group Co. Committee vice secretary;
  Dismiss Mr. Xie Zuomin from CCP Fujian Shipbuilding Industry Group Co. Committee secretary, position of commissary;
  Dismiss Mr. Lin Fen from CCP Fujian Shipbuilding Industry Group Co. Committee commissary, retirement;

II.According to CCP Fujian national asset committee “appointment of Mr. Huang Wending, etc.” (Min national asset Party committee [2005]39), after discussion and get the agreement of Provincial committee, decide:
  Mr. Huang Wending and Mr. Huang Chun were appointed as CCP Fujian Shipbuilding Industry Group Co. Committee commissary.
