“Shi Jiang”, the sister vessel of 2100PCTC (466C), which is the first 2100PCTC built for Kingfuour Marine (Shanghai). It has sailed 19 voyages and has safely sailed more than 20,000 nautical miles, carrying more than 30,000 vehicles since its operation on August 2, 2016. The vessel don’t have an accident for the whole year , and inspected by Marine department twice, the equipment integrity rate is 100 percent. And also be recorded in "Significant Ships 2016" by the royal institution of shipbuilding, the world's leading publication, which is the first time for the similar ship type in China.
The "Shi Jiang" is a new generation of 2100PCTC, which is completely designed and built by our country and has full domestic independent intellectual property rights.The vessel always implement the "safety, environmental protection, green energy" concept from design to construction, which is difficult to construct compare to the similar small and medium-sized car carrier. The vessel set a good example for the construction of the small and medium-sized car carrier, and it can well meet the requirements of the current logistics. The ship is total 141.2m length, 24.4m width, and draft is 6.57m, 9 cargo deck, total loading area is 18,000 quare meters, standard loading number is 2100 cars. There are double stern doors, lifting decks and activity ramps. The ship has a strong diversity and suitable cargo capacity, The frequency conversion fully electric thruster and the outfitting of a number of technology leading equipment make it perfectly fit the requirements of key performance indicators such as economic energy saving and green environmental protection in various industries in today's society.
The ship's excellent performance is recognized by the shipowners and the industry insiders.It is also a strong witness for XSI to the construct high-quality ships that the "Shi Jiang" has been selected as the outstanding ship model of the royal institution of shipbuilding in 2016.
